SAMBA & SHANA Mid-Year Meeting Registration Guide for SHANA Members

1) Create a guest account on the SAMBA website at the following link:

http://www.sambahq.org/p/cm/ld/fid=11

2) After creating your profile on the SAMBA website, click on the following link to register using the name and email address associated with the guest account you have just created: http://www.sambahq.org/e/in/eid=8&ext=1&req=adduser (Please note, you will be asked to enter your email address three times.) The page will look like the screenshot below:
