Call for Abstracts at the Society for Head and Neck Anesthesia Annual Dinner Symposium

Sunday, October 12, 2025, 6pm - SAN ANTONIO

The Society for Head and Neck Anesthesia invites Residents and Fellows to submit Oral Presentations during our annual meeting “Urgent/Emergent Airway Management: One Airway, Many Experts” in San Antonio on October 12 at the ASA. Residents and Fellows are invited to present research or quality improvement projects related to Head and Neck Anesthesia or airway management. In addition, you can present difficult cases related to one of these topics.

This is an excellent opportunity to network, present your work in an informal setting to experts in Head and Neck Anesthesia and build your academic dossier. The presentations will be less than 10 minute oral presentation without the need for a poster or slides. The meeting will include a Mexican feast at the Iron Cactus on the San Antonio Riverwalk. The meeting and dinner is FREE residents and fellows.

The deadline for submission is September 15.

To submit your presentation for review please use the link below. Submissions should include a 200 word or less abstract explaining the scholarly significance of the topic and how it relates to Head and Neck Anesthesia or airway management.
