Description
Our Annual Meeting will provide insight into perioperative care of patients undergoing complex head and neck surgery. As surgical techniques continuing advancing for management of head and neck disease, strategies for management of obstructive sleep apnea, treatment of head and neck pain, and utilization of artificial intelligence are being developed. We will explore important considerations to optimize patient outcomes and clinical understanding involving these evolving concepts.

Learning Objectives
At the end of this activity, participants will be able to:
- Appreciate and recognize clinical challenges in patients with stenotic airways as well as airway risk assessment and management.
- Understand the importance of communication among health care providers for the difficult airway patient both in preoperative planning and during crisis management.
- Describe how the etiology and location of the airway stenosis influences the management options for the patient’s airway.
- Design and implement advanced strategies for oxygenation and ventilation in patients with stenotic airways.
